Attorney Billy Sun of our firm was honored to be invited by the Taipei Bar Association to serve as a panelist at the “Workshop on Mediation Practice for Construction Contract Performance Disputes,” where he shared practical experience in mediating construction performance disputes and actively engaged in ongoing professional dialogue.

Attorney Billy Sun has long been deeply involved in construction law and the resolution of public construction contract performance disputes. In recognition of his expertise, he was invited by the Taipei Bar Association to serve as a panelist at the “Workshop on Mediation Practice for Construction Contract Performance Disputes” held on December 20, 2025. From a practitioner’s perspective, he shared insights on the role lawyers should play and the key considerations in mediation procedures for construction contract performance disputes. The workshop was conducted in both online and in-person formats and attracted strong participation. Lively discussions and frequent Q&A sessions highlighted the significant attention and professional demand surrounding the practical operation of mediation in construction performance disputes.
