Attorney Kevin Hsieh, Partner at Pontis Law, Invited as Keynote Speaker for the “Risk Management in Project Execution” Forum at the Launch Ceremony of the Procurement Integrity Platform for the National Freeway No. 1A New Construction Project

On the afternoon of October 4, 2024, the Freeway Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications hosted the launch ceremony for the Procurement Integrity Platform for the “National Freeway No. 1A New Construction Project” at the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport Hotel. Our firm’s Partner, Attorney Kevin Hsieh, was invited to speak on “Key Rights and Obligations in Contractor Performance Management.” Through the exchange of insights among representatives from the public, private, and academic sectors, the event aimed to promote feasible risk prevention and management strategies throughout all stages of the project, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the Integrity Platform in improving the quality of public infrastructure and reducing public skepticism. The event was a great success, drawing enthusiastic participation from professionals across the legal, academic, and industry communities.
