Mr. Chen joined Pontis Law in 2016. Before he joined Pontis Law, he worked in leading law firms in Taiwan, mainly adivising on Taiwan-Japan commercial matters and investment laws. Mr. Chen not only provides consultation and strategies about legal compliance in Taiwan but assists foreign and Taiwan large-scale enterprises on legal matters concerning labor, public construction, civil disputes, antitrust disputes, legal risk assessment and planning of real estate development and criminal litigation. In recent years, Mr. Chen has been focusing on real estate development and the legal risk assessment and investment planning of renewable energy equipment implementation.
